About Our Project
During eight months, children will work on four topics : water, recycling, animals and plants.
This subject will be linked with the following sustainable development goals : number 6 – clean water and sanitation, number 12 – responsible consumption and production, number 15 – life on land, number 17 – partnerships for the goals

Project Plan:
- September : preparing the twinspace
- October : introduction (video or text about classes, schools, coutries), creating the logo and webinar
- November / December : water → experiences (1 /school) ; videos of the experiment & steps in a book + webinar : each school presents one experiment
- January / February : recycling → collaborative art work recreating the logo from used materials. Every school will create its own part and we’ll put it together.
- March : animals representing each country (as a starting point to talk about protected animals in our classes) → animal sounds in different languages (quiz on wooclap & dictionary)
- April : plants & flowers → pictures & sentences with simple description(colour, size etc…) + book (story jumper)
- May : earth rangers days → to disseminate the project, students do other activities for the rest of the schools to know our project.

The parents of Şehit Erkan Kendirci Primary School 1-F class students participated in the pre-project parent survey activities of the Earth Rangers, A Project About Environment, Sustainable Development and Nature Protection eTwinning Project between 24-30 October 2022. The survey was prepared and applied with the Google doc program. By survey; Before the project, the ideas of all the parents participating in the project were taken.

Water Saving Work
Şehit Erkan Kendirci Primary School 1-F class students watched animations on water saving within the scope of 'Earth Rangers' eTwinning Project activities between 09-11 January 2023.
Students made pictures about water saving. The work done was displayed on our school board. Congratulations to all our students for their great work.

Experiment Works
The students of Şehit Erkan Kendirci Primary School 1-F class conducted an experiment on water saving as part of the 'Earth Rangers' eTwinning Project activities on January 18, 2023. When the students opened the taps too much from the experiment, they realized that they wasted water. They did not waste the water they used after the experiment. They watered the flowers in the school with the water they used.

Netiquette
In the beginning of March the kids were getting ready for the webinar with project partners. they were speaking about internet security, internet etiquette and its rules. They watched appropriate videos for the kids, they had discussion and the made Earth rangers masks.

Endemic Animals

Students learned about endemic animals. They selected the animals they would introduce in EBA platform by voting.
