Walking In Other Culture Shoes eTwinning Project
The European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning has identified eight key areas of competence (European Parliament and the Council of Europe, 2006: 13) in our project;
1-communication in Mother Tongue
2 - cultural awareness and expression
3-we aimed for social and citizenship-related competencies.
1-in the mother tongue communication: concepts, thoughts, opinions, feelings, and concepts, and interpreting both verbal and written expression (listening, speaking, reading and writing, listening); education, business, and home entertainment with all kinds of social and cultural appropriate in the context, such as linguistic and creative way to interact.
2-cultural awareness and expression: an appreciation of the importance of creative expression of opinions, experiences and emotions using various mass media, including music, performing arts, literature and visual arts.
3-social and civic competencies: these competencies personal, interpersonal and intercultural competencies include; effective and differentiating individuals to participate in society and working life and, if necessary, resolve the conflict in a constructive manner, it will allow you to cover all forms of behaviour that is equipped with features that will ensure.

Create a culture box:
* Neighbors of the Country, Flag, Capital, form of government, national hero, country-specific animals and plants (presentation should be prepared)
* Promotion of cultural heritage structure (promotion of heritage and painting should be official. Students of other countries can paint.)
* Traditional dress (painting)
* Country-specific song (students should learn their country-specific songs and prepare videos. )
* Children's game (students will prepare a video of a child's game specific to their country. And he'll write the introduction. In other countries will learn to play this child's game)
* Country-specific tale or story (The Teacher will write the tale in an English book. The students of the other country will read the tale to the students and talk about the tale and paint about it.
* It will give the name of a virtual museum of the country. Other countries will tour the museum.
